Trying a new gym—especially something like CrossFit—can be really intimidating, but at Breathe from day one, the atmosphere is welcoming and genuinely beginner-friendly, which makes it so much easier to get started without feeling overwhelmed. For newbies they work with you one on one to start to give you a chance to get comfortable, understand the structure, and build confidence before jumping into group classes. The coaches and members are supportive, encouraging, and just really awesome people to be around. It’s a great community that makes you want to keep coming back.

I joined Breathe last fall, and it has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I had never tried CrossFit before, but I had friends who did it & loved it. From the owners to the coaches and members, everyone is incredibly friendly, supportive, and welcoming. The atmosphere is so positive and motivating - it makes you actually look forward to working out! As a busy mom of two, it has become such an important and rewarding outlet for me. I can’t recommend Breathe enough
After over two years as a member, I feel like I can finally give an honest review of Breathe. A lot of places seem great at the beginning, but once the “new” wears off you start to notice the little quirks. That’s why I waited. And honestly? The gym has only gotten better. They’re always looking for ways to improve and actually listen to suggestions from members, which says a lot. The community is hands down the best part. No one acts like they’re better than anyone els…
Coaches are amazing. Safe and welcoming environment for all skills levels. Personally, I’ve trained for general health, basic combat training and then pregnancy. Haven’t made it back since having my baby but when I do, baby’s are more than welcome! There is truly something for everyone to do at whatever stage of life you’re in!
I can’t say enough great things about Breathe CrossFit. Toni, Eli, and the team do such an incredible job creating thoughtful, creative programming that truly supports families — not just individual athletes. From welcoming mom groups to opportunities that keep parents and little ones active and engaged together, it’s clear there is real intention behind everything they offer. Recently attending one of their hosted mom groups was such a joy. It was a warm, welcoming space to get out of the house during the colder months, connect with other moms, and move our bodies in a way that felt approac…

We coach every class, and we care more about moving well than moving fast and heavy — if you need to pull back, we'll say so. We check in with members regularly, share wins in our members-only Facebook group every week, and celebrate milestones, anniversaries, and birthdays along the way.

CrossFit Level 2 and Level 1 CrossFit Gymnastics certified Strong Lifting certified My name is Toni. I first got into CrossFit when my husband, Eli and I, bought a house and moved from MA to NH. I knew I needed a new gym closer to where we live to be more consistent and after working out at a regular gym 6 days a week for a couple years I no longer was seeing the results I wanted to see.
